Nasi Keraton Box

Kembali lage niiiiiii.... hari ini ga pake inggris yak.. capek , ngantuk, baru aja pulang neeh...

BTW, hari ini ada pesenan nasi keraton box and nasi kuning box. Isinya si macem'.. yang jelas enak doonkk... Nasi keraton harganya Rp.25.000,- / box. Udah komplit banget. Ada ayam gr kremes, telur puyuh, kare buncis, rendang, and kering tempe.. Enak deh!! *promosi gitcyuu*... Nasi dus yang satu nasi kuning. Isinya si normalnya nasi kuning. Telor dadar, ayam goreng, bergedel, sambel goreng. Harga nya lebih murah cos isi ga sekomplit nasi kerton... Rp.20.000,- /box..

Itu aja ya hari ini...

Sorry been off for awhile. Was so busy during the day @ work. Anyway, i added here another meals from SELERA.
Here is called " SOUP PENGANTIN ".. y i call it like that because the meatball is a joined of black curly mushroom and thin noodles. uh uhh not only that, i mixed it with a lil bit carrots aswell. This soup look fresh and beautiful like a pengantin ( bride in english ). U can see there are carrots and peas.

Couple week ago, i made Nasi Tumpeng. First is Nasi Tumpeng Berkat. Its nasi tumpeng urap or u can call it gudangan. There are lots of vegies and ikan asin. The other one is Nasi Tumpeng Kuning. This Nasi Tumpeng is consist of sambel goreng ampela, kering tempe, opor ayam , kering kentang and fried noodles. In the middle of these 2 nasi tumpeng there is a chicken that been boiled and added some secret receipe. hehehehe

The Most Favorite

This Friday, SELERA has special menus such as Gule Kambing and soup of the day Sup Ayam Jamur. Gule Kambing is a lamb soup with yellow coconut soup while Sup Ayam Jamur is a soup with 2 kinds of mushroom such as black mushroom and jelly mushroom. There are also chicken meat , carrots and cauliflower. So delicious!!!

I also put pictures of Nasi Gudeg and Nasi Opor. So that you guys could know the traditional food of Indonesia. For those who never ear Nasi Gudeg , i let you know tht Nasi Gudeg is a meal that made from young jackfruit with chicken meat on top , an egg , showered by spicy tofu soup and opor. However, nasi opor doesn't have a big diffrence with nasi gudeg. The diffrence is the side dish that company the rice. Nasi opor has chicken and egg showered with sayur lodeh ( bean squash soup ) and opor. To make the meal more yummy... just add soya powder.

Special meal of SELERA are Gulai kepala ikan ( Fish head curry ), Gulai dagu ikan ( Fish chin curry ), and Dagu goreng tepung ( Fried fish chin ) . Check out these pictures guys..!!!

The History

Selera is a fast food restaurant located in Semarang,Indonesia. The business 1st running on May 28 2002. Build by my mom name Lidya. Selera open at 9 am to 4 pm, from Monday to Friday. Why are we open for just a short hour?? its coz we'r located in industrial site and only people who works around there who will come to our place.

At 1st this restaurant serve about 8 or 9 menus and changes everyday.Gulai Kepala Ikan ( Fish Head Curry) is the best and the most famous meal in our place. Guees what?! its really cheap! only for Rp.8.000,- / portion... and if we count it in dollar...hmmm...not even 1 dollar!

Besides restaurant, we also have catering service. A year after my mom built this business, there was only 1 person who ask us to serve him for lunch.. but then now, because of mom's ambition and deligence, we serve around 3500 portion / day in catering service.

We've only had 5 employees ( include my mom ) that time and now we have 35 employees to coupe with this restaurant and catering.
